We reserve the right to refuse service. Access Key & Security does charge a $30.00 service call fee that can be applied towards sell of services. However, any cancelations after called out to a job will be charge a service fee for our time and gas. We do require a valid photo ID and proof of ownership for services that require openings for.

Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

Terms of return (30 day)
State of return (e.g. unworn)
Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
Process for return - Please come in to our office so we may better service you.
Process of refund - we offer replacement of defective item or store credit.
